The Student Advisory Board
gives history students the opportunity to bring their thoughts about the department to the faculty.

The Historian
a journal edited and published by students in the department. It contains papers by undergraduates and offers an excellent opportunity for good students to see their work in print.

Phi Alpha Theta is the international history honor society. It has chapters in most American and Canadian colleges. Seniors and juniors who have done exceptional work in their history courses and have a high GPA are invited to join.
