The Steinhardt 5th Year Accelerated BA/MA/Teaching Certification Program

The Steinhardt 5th Year Teaching Program is a BA/MA program for history majors. Students take extra courses their junior and senior years and complete their 5th year (MA) in Steinhardt and end with initial NY State teaching certification. Students apply through Steinhardt before their junior year.

Pre-Requisites (at least 9 credits – to be taken as part of Arts and Science degree)
