Please see below for four adjunct positions at Yeshiva University in Spring 2010:

The History Department of Yeshiva University is seeking an adjunct instructor for the spring semester of 2010 to teach a course on African-American history. Doctoral candidates as well as recent PhDs are welcome to apply. Please send inquiries via email to Jeffrey Freedman (Freedman@yu.edu), Chair, Dept. of History, Yeshiva University, 500 West 185th Street, New York, N.Y. 10033. Yeshiva University comprises two undergraduate colleges: Yeshiva College for Men in Washington Heights and Stern College for Women in Midtown. We would like to offer the course on African-American history at both of the undergraduate colleges, so whoever teaches that course would have the possibility of teaching two concurrent sections—one at the Washington Heights, the other at the Midtown campus. The salary would be $3,600 per section.
