The History Department of Yeshiva University is seeking an adjunct instructor for the spring semester of 2010 to teach a course on African-American history. The instructor would have the freedom to design the course according to his/her own interests, but we would prefer that emphasis be laid on the period from Reconstruction to the present. Doctoral candidates as well as recent PhDs are welcome to apply. The salary would be $3,600 per section.
